Sorry guys... I've got no pics right now and it'll be a few days before i can get any. My home computer hard drive took a crap on me so I'm un-plugged at home.

So let's imagine...

black del sol, super dropped, stock rims, dark tint, clear coat chipping on the passneger fender (about a foot long and 1.5 inch wide), no spoiler, clean stock headlights, new ebay amber corner lights, awesome interior everythings is there, everything works, type r replica shift ****. 120k miles on the clock.

I've sold sols redicously cheap like $2400 for my 1st and 2nd then got a little smarter for the last one I sold ($3400) but I think I want to get closer to $4k for this one.

I was told that they were Neuspeeds. They're blue and silver like Neuspeeds but I think they're knock-offs.

$4k might be a bit fanciful if its a stock D series with chipping fender/bumper.

But if the paint is fixed and detailed to "new" shine I could see someone paying that much for one if its minty and they like it.

Icon7 Lowered springs! How low can you go???

Hi guys. I'm thinking of buying shortened springs and dumping my coilover set. I've heard some people regret getting 1 1/2" inch set as they don't make the car much lower than stock.

What do you recommend?? Can you go 2 1/2" or more?

You can go as much as you ****ing want. Im dumped (coilovers) with no camber correction.

-3.6 in the front and -3.4ish in the rear. Just be sure and get an allignment and have toe set to 0 or 1/32nd. anything more and your tires will be toast fast.

So are you saying that if you get a proper alignment, and have the toes adjusted, that will eliminate the need for a camber kit??

Sorta. Mostly it will just cause the inner 1/3 of the tire to wear quicker than everything else. It will cut your tire life down but not drasticly like people make it out to be. Property air pressure and tire rotation will give you very good tire life IMO. Of course a set of tires every year is par for the course with me so take it with a grain of salt.

Now... if you dont get an alignment then your tires will be gone in a month or two.

Was going through an old HD and found some pictures of a sol I took a few years ago. I just randomly parked next to this thing at the mall. Has anyone ever seen this before?

And yes, it was all fabric. It was just like a landau top that older Cadillacs and Buicks have.

Looks like that both the seats and door panels have been recovered but look really good. Red carpet would look great with that.

Hi Sol's addict !

Indeed, in Germany, daytona version has the same interior, but not only in France, a version unknown in the U.S. and limited series are: The 25th Anniversary Series
