any ideas?
Sounds to me like you are Glazing them.
Are you going really super soft on the breaks for the first 1000 miles or so?
if you don't you can cause the break pads to "melt" and glass over.
When it does that it will squeel really bad.

Not super soft, but not hardcore on them either.

The squeal is from the stupid little clips in the caliper, but i don't know what the grinding noise it when applying pressure to the brakes.

What do you guys think would work better for me? an ebay turbo kit, or a homemade turbo (DSM)?

I want to get a "start" and then upgrade to a Garrett Turbo and a big ol' FMIC. I need some guidance.

Oh and I pulled my motor and put my new GSR tranny in. Worked out a bunch of bugs that happened when we put it back in, The only remaining problem is that my Idle is now at 1500 rpm instead of 900 like it was. How do I adjust it?

Oh and I sprayed my VC wrinkle Samba Green. Looks titalacious!

Just get Neptune. Cheaper/and just as good if not better. I have Neptune and it works great. Boost by gear, PWM control, Anti-lag and launch feature, and I just got my Neptune Tunerview installed (though these work with Hondata too). I'll post pics later...but they're sweet for sure.

Though s200 is d/c.
s300 is like $500.
If s200 is working for you, keep it.

Turboing a honda is no joke. Cheaps parts make it go= BOOM. No tune = BOOM.
FMUs + Basemaps (over a long period of time)= BOOM

Based on your questions I recommend you brush up by reading lots and lots about it and learn as much as you can. Questions like the ones that you are asking could be you flamed because they have been covered over and over again.

Start asking questions when you really really can't find the answers. After you've searched, and searched some more.

Start the turbo education process here at H-T Turbo FAQ:

Learn first, ask questions later.

d/c = depending on condition?

around here, its really not worth getting s200/100 or chrome, uberdata even if you get it for for super cheap or even free cause no tuner wants to deal with it or will charge more. They prefer s300 so they don't have to deal with the pita chip burning and stuff and get the tune session done quicker which means less dyno time and less money. So in the long run its a better investment just to spend teh extra for s300 not even going into the details of why its better and it will pay for itself in no time. Even AEM is discriminated against and hondata just reigns number 1 over here as far affordable management for the average street/track car owner driver.

S300 is for sure worth the pricetag
Locally there is only 1 shop I would trust tuning at the moment and they only tune aem or hondata, they prefer s300 over all others
I know where I'm sending my ecu when I get to it

Just saw this white rhd beetle again, love that car

It is impossible for me to find stock seats locally (for my 2000 civic)
People want 110 for a full set, I don't need rears, or 120-150 for just fronts

I think I'm gonna sell my fake recaro, black dc fronts, and em1 wheels for a fake bride gias or 2
Gotta have all 4 bolts down

Yeah my build consultant (will ) helped me when I thought about buying a local p28 with s200
Seems like more could go wrong if u need to get it tuned numerous times, which I will be needing to do
