You didn't like the polished lip? Or just not a fan of the knock offs? lol

I don't know about bronze on VSM.

I was looking at a set of MF10s local, good deal too. But it fell through (he hydroplaned into a semi ruined one or two of them ).

Maybe someone can do a photoshop for me?

Guess this would be the best picture I have for a photoshop

ya bad luck comes in steaks sometimes
but so can good luck too to look on the bright side

didn't say i didn't like the polished lip or the "two-piece" design
just figured you wouldn't want to do it again
oh and i'm not the type to hate on knock offs

thats why i stayed away from MR-5s myself after the GTNs
wanted to switch to one piece forged

bronze can look good on silver, but most wheels that come in bronze also come in silver (fair to assume?) and if it were between the two i'd go with silver just to color match...looks good...like how white on white looks clean...

you mean mf8s? unless ur talking about the white Ls like jimmy's or plan on going 5-lug? those would look perfect imo in silver 16"
how good of a deal? u did mean MF not C(circuit) right?

i'd be willing to ps(paint ) my wheels on yours but figure your not going bronze anyways...

1. has to check air everytime you take it out and no cheap tires or all seasons
2. no drive thrus and parallel parking to avoid curbs
3. no performance pads with harsh dust, unless they clean everyday lol

violation will result in a penalty fee or reposession of wheels

Question for you guys...is there a way that I can use h4 bulbs in my USDM Aux lights? instead of these wack bulbs that aren't bright enough? and I don't wanna get EDM Aux's either which i'm pretty sure hard to find and expensive...any ideas?

h4's would run too hot and melt the plastic USDM aux (fyi)

use your existing screws..once you start taking yours apart, youll see that you can still use them

1. you dont have an H4 socket/harness
2. the H4 bulb wont sit right in the USDM housing
3. theres a metal reflector inside the USDM aux light that the H4 might not clear
4. H4's make too much heat for the small plastic USMD housing

hence why the edm's with the h4 socket are glass

HIDs should be find in EDM auxes though too right? do they run much hotter?

HIDs are fine in eBay plastics, pnp or retro, even if if its a bigger lamp....

i wish i could get more light output from my citylights...tried every bulb and my raybrigs were the best and brightest (ans sort of blue when i really wanted white) so far, and piaa's were good too but still want more...
might try LEDs

oh and I also got yellow bulbs for my lower fogs but haven't had time to install them...can't wait to see how they look...

need to do a bunch of other things while i have the bumper off too...like change my battery mount that i've had sitting forever

yeah i would reuse them but my new shell did not come with the screws because i the oem visors came seperated in a box. and i dont feel like pulling the ones off my other sol because im lazy but then i would still have to find screws to put those back on. but do you think i could find the same pitch and size at a hardware store?

btw edm fogs FTW!

yes you can. all my OEM screws were rusted and looked like ****. I replace them with some allen head bolts that perfectly fit in the little cut out areas for the visors. IIRC the size was m6 or 8 x1.5

if you really want, I'm pretty sure i have another set of visor hardware since mine jdm's came with some so I have double (not sure if I used my original or the ones it came with the conversion but it doesn't matter either way...same same)

but you could just as easily get them at the hardware store...easier now that sean gave u the measurements
or can go to the junkyard to grab some as well

from my experience with hondas...the hardware should be the same from visors in other cars, civics, integras, etc so that could make it easier to find some spares

nice work...feels good to get the right hardware

i was happy to find new longer black flat allen head screws for my quick release hub recently

now i just need to find a substitute for takata eyebolts
all the eyebolts that have are standard and not metric

wow, are you serious...3 in a row

i don't know what to do at this point....i'm running out of parts of my car...interior, exterior front back side, wheels, engine bay...whats left?

guess i'll have to resort to videos then...

dyno:

beginning of season @ NE:

end of season @ NJ:

random and kinda lame...

start button:

map lights:

aerocatch:

and what the hell...two of my favorite pics:

i'm going to bed so and hopefully there will be a few more pages when i check in the morning so this doesn't happen again and also so i'll have something to read/catch up on...

That would be the best way to do it.

the way myself, barry and I beleive at least one other person did it was use this plastic epoxy stuff and a bondo body patch.
