Does anyone know if the nosemask can fit an oem style carbon fiber hood? or err that's really newb to say...Just bought one today at my dealer with a discount for $120 w/tax. Just wanted to know if it will fit? curious....

 

wouldn't see why not.

only thing i would think is that the cf hood doesn't have the correct mounting points that the oem hood has. But i've never seen a front bra mounted so i wouldn't know.

well ******, I really want to get some "baller" wheels as replacements for the cp-035's.

I think I may have found something that could be a fun project....a 15x6.5 45 offset Volk GR-N (2 piece) with tires and all centercaps and a spare cheapy rim for rota cheap......only thing is they need to be refinished but yea if "JustJesus" (guy coming to put the deposit on my wheels) comes through I'll have my replcement wheels tonight and have a good 2-3 months before I need to worry about throwing them on the car




if I get them plans are:
-teardown wheels
-Powdercoat spokes gloss black (also considering GM, or white)
-anodize lips/barrels blue
-polish centercaps and bolts
put it all back together
-get blue lugs

true. not necessarily baller wheels to most people....especially the way they look now , but forged and name brand plus after I get done with them(assuming I get them) they'll be pretty baller looking

Never been a big fan of the MR5s, especially the aniversary edition....IMO, there's a reason they're rare

that was on my 2nd time ever at the track, like my 3rd run ever .. on some crappyyyy neo_gens, that spun all the way through 3rd haha.. now even on my s.drives im sure i can wasly cut 13's, they hook soo much better.. cant wait to go on my radials hopefully cuttin low 13's/high 12's at like 105-106mph (ive raced cars that trapped 108+ and held them to like 115, til they started pulling.. damn gearing )

im just on a very simple, log mani/2.5" dp, garrett .42/.48 @.6bar (8.7psi) 3" exhaust, and dsm 450's .. stock z6
