Its not always both, if its kinda minor, its probly just the valve seals. But not if its burning alot. Rings suck to change. Might as well get forged internals while your at it if ya have the money, cuz its all gotta come out anyways. Or you can just do like i did for my d15b7 and forget about adding oil someday and be like "oh crap i didnt add any oil last week, i better stop and get a quart!" Then get a quart.... and go in and buy another quart.... then swear and go in and buy another quart, finally 3 quarts later, drive off and keep zingin it to redline lol --(it was just a b7, i wouldnt try this at home with your vtec motors folks)

My sol burns oil too. Get's annoying have to add quarts (singular) of oil at a time. Oh well 155k and still running strong. I think it's even the original clutch.

On an interesting side note I saw 4 del sols around my school today within about 30 seconds of each other, but all stock One had one of those gay jdm learner driver things in the windshield, and the guy drives like an idiot. Figures

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by WrongWD &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">life's a bitch.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Nothing like puking when you have nothing in your stomach, and more **** being fucked up. New problem with the sol is positive camber on the passenger side, that and scraping something down there at low speeds (not wheel related).

It never ends

How hard is it to get them to match the price? And do ya think theyd match even with my SCCA discount on tirerack?

try this again since the ****** stacked up the pages

i just had one done like 6 weeks ago tops. they said back was fine and the front toe was bad and adjusted that only. wouldnt the camber and not the toe affect that worn bad on the inside? the shop didnt say anything about the tires when I had it in there and I didnt check the inside of the tires for awhile thinking they were ok. the backs are a tad negative camber and are worn even all the way across. i think the front is from the ball joint stud from when i bottom on softer springs? but now that i looked at them more, it does seem worn out from bad alighment

lol,

Im a huge sohc turbo fan myself! Ive been giving it a lot of thought for my del sol,but I tend to beat the **** out of my car,so a basic B-series swap with bolt ons will be better long-term wise for me.
