oh gotcha....theres a DIY on how to do it if you dont have the jdm rods...dont have site though...i tried it but dint work for me ...lol

at least you can open it from outside...at one point my door didnt open from the outside...and when i connect the jdm maplights..w/o the rods...i thouhgt it would open...i closed the door...and not changing to rods...i couldnt open it...i had to take off door panel while the door bieng shut and meesed with cable until i had open it...man it was a mess...took me like 3 times...until i finaly got it to work lol...took couple hrs to fix haha

but if you got the rods ...it replaces your cable one (belive its blue tip and black cable)

i'm not gonna let it go for what the auction ended for...
his fault for not putting a reserve

I got mine with rods. YOu have to be really careful. You know how there's white little clips on the backside of the door handles?

Well, there's another clip all the way down in the door, where it locks. You have to reach in there and take out the cable THEN install the new rod where that cable was.

you tried the DIY but it didn't work?
i looked at it and it seemed like a pretty good idea
i know mitch (vtecyzf) did it and it worked for him i think
how are they working now?

correct
those are the ones
the lock uses a rod already

so you replaced the lock rods with a jdm handle rod
but left the cable for the handles
does anything work now?

damnn

LOVE the front end of the AP2
even though the front of the AP1 doesn't fall far behind...

I would love to just get an AP2 and put a mugen splitter up front and rear wing in back
and call it a day...

actually what and I talking about
I'll just get the CR and call it a day right away...

someday

edit:
brake calipers look real good, nice and gold in the pics of the del sol
looks especially good with the white wheels in motion
are they repainted/refinished/replacement or just in mint condition?

I figured it out. that diy on team sol washington works perfect, except his measurements were wrong for me: i needed to mount the brackets alot further back on the door. Everythings hunky dory now

its 1am and i still need to go put the passenger side back together. Good thing im an insomniac. Only thing left to do is the visors but i go back tomorrow and the targa clips are still in the mail Il prolly just have to take the visors with me and do em down in pueblo.

AND i still need to clean the exploded soda mess out of my interior

scraped my lip already

did you do anything special to get them that nice?
i'm probably gonna do mine soon
as soon as I get some new pads and do it all at once
think i can get away with keeping my rotors though...

so what should i get for hawk pads?
and how much they gonna set me back?

those maplights were a bitch! Everything is actually BETTER than it was now though.

The freaking soda mess took 45 minutes to clean up. What a random deal; i dropped my keys on the unopened can from like two inches and the **** just exploded in my face, and all over everything
