Hey, I'm trying to unhook my rear panel (the thing that holds my license plat).. And I need to know what screws to unscrew, and also what size I'll need.

I actually just need the size of the socket I'll be needing. I'm pretty sure I can just start unscrewing ****, and it'll fall out eventually .

Then why ask?
Take them all off.
You will need:
12mm
14mm
Vise grips

Seriously just look at the panel from the inside.... see all those nuts?
Take them all off

And since I'm sure it will be asked by someone...
No, you do not need to take your taillights off

anyone got an answer real quick? Strolling back over like 20 pages isn't very attractive, and all the contents of my trunk are sitting out.. Which is like 800 dollars worth of a speaker and an amp.

best bet would be to just have a shop shave the OEM bumper and cut the holes for you. finding fenders(even OEM) is pretty hard, bumpers can be found fairly cheap 150-200(for JDM 93-95) on ebay, but shipping is generally almost as much as the bumper.
