in fact
all the ones i deal with are always super tight
impact/breaker bar can't do it
always have to take the walk of shame and ask my dad
and i have no idea how
but he does some kind of special kung fu move and gets if off everytime
like huge body builders have come in and tried and failed
then this skinny asian dude comes over and BAM
wtf?

anyways, hope there isn't any damage and a quick face
on the bright side, at least the key was still there

The whole crank pulley thing. I have no FREAKEN idea how that happened to this day. I'm still shocked lol

I actually put locktite when I re-installed mine on the del sol this weekend. i was thinking "I'll be damned" haha

As far as the teggie, I got a really good deal from one of my best friends. He needed the cash and I needed to fix the car.

It's a mild N/A setup. It's ready right now, just need to tune. Then I'll have the del sol for boost, and the TSX for pimpin

Kinda hard to miss my del sol hahah

wray -- benen radiator stay... how is it?

I had to manuever my radiator to the left slightly because the slim fan was hitting my umm .... dumptube.. lol

So i was looking into new radiator stays. Is the Benen taller at all? Or "longer" so it can be angled and still reach where mine needs to go?

Yup yup, I mean I didnt go insane with a shaved and fully tucked bay cuz well I want to beat on my car on a regular basis...so yeah gonna go work on it now...peace

the benen one is the first aftermarket radiator stay i've seen for the EG chassis
spoon only made them to fit EK/DCs
some people made them fit, but with after market rads and relocated mounts
but yea, looks good
definitely a nice dress up piece/addition to the bay

it looks tall in the pic cause of the design
but i'm sure its the same height as stock
since oem is surpising very high and tall (specially comared to EK/DC brackets)

 

yup sheepey is a dealer for wilwood

 

I actually just used a flat head screw driver for my oem headlights, worked perfect they came right apart,guess they were so old the glue/adhesive wasnt a prob

Pssst... that was last tuesday

So I just spent like 4 hours working on the teg... nothing went right for me as usual
I was going to put the asr and 23 or 24mm rear sway on.... LCA bolts were being ******** so now I have no rear sway lol

Maybe tomorrow when my lip kit comes in

Yeah I got the crank pully bolt back on with no problems and put some locktite on it also. I have no idea how it happened. I pull into work in the morning and the motor sounds fine. I go out in the afternoon to move my car and this clatterbanging sound comes from the motor.. I turn the car off and after much investigation find the pully bolt is laying in the pully. completly out of the crank.
Sol is back and running strong!

thanks man i just got those ek skirts think im going to get a type r lip oh and i need some front mud flaps i have the back ones. still need to water sand it an buff it
