X2
guess you can't have your cake and eat it too
oh well
small steps i guess

my bay doesn't match the rest of my car either
but usually people either focus on the bay or the entire car at one time
so its alright if they are different since they are kind of "separate"

In the dealer brochures there were no holes for a front plate
And none of the sols had antennas, just the block off plate

Hey james... I laid down some red on the hatch
Also adjusted my front lip on the DC and put the blades on it last night, damn that car needs a drop ASAP

money can usually be dropped heavily in one area at one time...unfortunately (unless you're a baller in a rush but with cash)
boost is definitely not a bad place to put it though

I spent focused on the motor for a while (a real long time cause i wanted to go fast)
but after the swap, took a break (but certainly not done by any means yet)
and tried to complete the interior with a few small exterior parts
not sure what i should do next next or where to go from now...
try for the exterior I guess, new wheels, paint, body parts (memphis' bumper?? )
or back to the motor to get some more power...(header, tb, ect)
either way, it will probably be expensive (which was nice about the interior cause things were "relatively" cheap)

excited for your interior pics

so just wondering, the universal horn buttons....can you take off the clear cover and put something different or is the plastic melted and layed directly over the image?

Reason I ask is I'd love to get a red and black Personal horn button, but seems like most shops want around 30-45 then 15 for shipping WTF...it's a 2" diameter piece of plactis....I had my whole QR setup shipped for 10 from JLB

I found some on ebay with the new driver badge on it for only 12 shipped and was thinking maybe I could remove the clear plastic(if possible) and put my own logo/design in it's place

LOL considered that...but the last 4 things I've put on ebay have been a bust leaving me with a bigger hole in my wallet than when I started

and before you ask, YES, all auctions had several GOOD/CLEAR pics and the reserve was set fairly low

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by mugen-k &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">not sure about the rear surround trim pieces
but would like to know as I would probably have to change the seals on mine soon...

but the mirrors are easy
1. take off handle
2. take off door panel
3. disconnect plugs/connectors
4. 3X 8mm bolts that hold the mirror on that need to be removed

reverse after done...</TD></TR></TABLE>

Cool man, thank you very much, I'm going to run out side and take a look and see whats actually holding those back trim pieces in besides the clips. I wish I had the Del Sol service manual thats as thick as my leg to look at how its thrown together.... lol

yea
eBay and Paypal defnitely make money and take their UNFAIR share

with listing charges
taking a percentage of your final sale X 10
paypal 3% (now i think its even higher though cause when i charge 3% extra, i am still left with less than i asked for/wanted)

but eBay sells fast cause so many people shop/browse/search on it
and paypal is so easy/fast/convenient to use

but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime they rob me of my money
now i understand why people rather list on HT or craigslist for free...(CL is free right?)

oh and i'm pretty sure you can't swap out the pictures/logo in horn buttons
the one with the jdm logo don't look bad
its not a fake/replica
just a generic one so its alright...

Awesome dude!! I thought there was more to it! I appreciate it.

I always love finding out how easy most everything is on a honda. Sometimes I'm just concerned I'll break something, I suppose the hardest thing I've had to take off was exhaust hangers. Those are an absolute biotch in the cold, especially when your little can of wd-40 decides to somehow clog up and not work anymore.

anyways, thanks again, you guys are always such a big help. I can't wait to get my pink mirrors and sails painted
