i need to kick the habit
but i figure if i'm not spending it on the sol
i'd be dumping all my money in something else anyways
only good this is i "focus" my money on parts and not buy other things
like PS3 which i've put off for the longest time now due to the del sol,
but its alright because HT and this thread keeps me more entertained than a video game console would....
i think...or at least would like to believe...

So I'm thinking some custom painted RNRs as my next set of wheels....black or white with blue lip and blue mugen logo on caps ....any thoughts?

being bored is the worst!
its like the #1 cause of buying unnecessary parts
cause you have all the time to search for stuff that really aren't important and at the bottom of the wtb list
plus these things are cheap so you're more tempted and attracted to buy
when you realize if you saved and didn't spend it on small pointless things cause they add up (rather quickly)
you could've boughten something big

Funny I was kind of thinking along the same lines, but I just think the custom caps would polish it off nicely

yep...the HID bulb was loose in the clip and burned some of the reflector housing

They are 96-98 civic fogs
I haven't gotten around to fabbing some brackets
Keeping them for a bit

HMM, that does sound interesting on either color set I do

anyone ever do full polished RNRs? I think they'd be really easy to polish

lol
i assume you were treating a girl nice by eating out?
omg, i actually wrote that and then just read it back to myself again to check for sexuation inuendos/connotations like i usually do (mostly homo ones, i.e. post your *****...) and after inspection, there was one...LOL
edit:
i assume you were treating a girl nice by going out to restaurants to eat food?
cause i totally understand/can relate
i also cut back on clothes (why spend money on nice clothes when i'm going to get the dirty working on my car anyways...), shoes, electronics (ipod, headphones, speakers, video games, accessories, etc...), in addition to food

edit2:
ownage!!! whoreing time!!!

my latest project that i just completed tonight (after i finished work and finally had some time to do what i wanted...good thing it only took ~half an hour )
fillers finally!!!:
off

on

off

on

off

on

so many lights I blew a fuse LOL

i was a fan of this shot:

and this one too:

its was a 10amp and lucky i had another in the spare slot
would it be "safe" to step it up to a 15amp so it doesn't blow again?
or would it be counterproductive by making it more dangerous running that high?amperage?
i'm just worried my brake lights go out while driving at night

now i can check one major thing off my to do list
still plenty more to do

hahahahahaha my original post was something along the lines of "not spending money eating out, but not having any close female friends at the moment helps that"

and as far as the clothes thing you gotta learn not to work on the car in your nice clothes; keep some ratty ones around
