may i never have to deal with a car someone else modded ever again. I will be happy if inever have to use a air hammer or chisel again... someone mutilated 3 of my CRX's ehaust mani nuts, beyond conventional removal... they were a bitch to say the least. They slowed me down so much my del Sol has to spend the night outside If i could get the damn crank pulley bolt off, i could be almost done with this headswap.... too bad i dont have any tools at home that are worth a damn.

I've had 2 twinloops(bought them from eskay in the so cal market place).....one on my NA b16 with tht being the only source of quietiing things down, it sounded very nice(nearly OEM quiet till VTEC). Soon I'll have one on my sol(already have it but need to get my exhast done.)

He was in 5th and wanted to go to 4th but accidentally went to 2nd. You can actually see where the rod went up into the head then back down through the block

Happen to have anymore pics of your rear panel here? I need a replacement due to damage when my project car was stolen before I bought it, and I figure an "upgrade" might be nice

If it were something else it would probably burn oil consistently, but the puff you saw is more than likely caused by the big jump in RPMs and the valve seals being worn. Sounds about right to me at least

i failed emissions last month for high hydro carbons. I put new plugs in and cleaned the K&N filter and then passed but hydro is still kinda high. I also noticed a dip in my MPG too. I drive the same and usually get 29 in the city and i'm like 24 now. any thoughts?

try changing your spark plug wires, add some fuel injector cleaner, and doing an oil and filter change as well..

Yeh i'm going to do those also. I had just changed the oil like a month prior to the first failed emissions check. It's just odd that the gas mileage dropped so sudden. I only drive it about 500 miles a month. I think i will start using a lil thicker oil too.
