see the thing is,I figured since Im looking to trade in the SOUTHEAST,I might have a better chance of getting the replicas than the cpfs,and as long as its on good tires or involves cash in my pocket,I'll take it

I ran into some dude at a meet today with rota grids with RAYS VOLK STICKERS ON EM!

I pulled up and everyone was like "OH SASHA,HE'S JOCKIN YOU"

dude felt so proud,which is okay,wheels are wheels,but being a poser is just lame..

At first,I noticed they were a weird bronze,reallly dark..they had white stickers ..and then I noticed the lug holes lined up with the spokes..he felt so stupid when I called him out..

turns out he saw a FS thread for some TE's..took the serial number or w/e from the pic of the inside of the rim,called volk,and ordered the stickers lol..pretty slick

not quite that cool, although a guy fropm the "realtime" NSX driving team was there doing some testing on a future "speed GT" mustang....I'll get pics of the thing(S) I think you'lll like tommorrow. and when I'm done with it I'll post up the link to my "weekend @ buttonwillow thread"(currently still working on it in microsoft word )

so met the guy for seats they were sadly still in his car(he's not taking them out till after he has a buyer first....sucks cause I was ready to pick them up tonight) so he said they'll for sure be out of the car this weekend and that because he knows how I take care of my car(most of the time) he'll most likely sell to me....so I gave him 4 choices:
-straight cash
-some cash + my pair of sol seats that he can get reapolhstered later(has the standard sol seat wear unfortunately....hole in side bolster & loose fabric on seat back)
-trade the s68 with rails + some cash from him(would prefer a slightly wider seat anyways)
OR(and I just was sort of tossing this idea around semi-seriously)
-we exchange wheels(he has equip 03 knock offs that are 15x7.5 with a 36 or 38 offset....looks perfect IMO)plus some cash from him on top
