then why the ASR brace? sorry, but it always bothers me when people get an asr brace and no sway bar.. pretty pointless imo, since a bigger rear sway is+ the only reason to get one

That's just stupid. Why spend the money on pointless parts when you could have a better handling car. Hell, you don't even need the asr brace for most sway bars.

x2

the reason for the ASR is to reduce the chances of subframe tear when running a really thick rear sway bar(20mm+)..instead of buying the ASR, you shouldve just bought a rear lower tie bar for cheaper and youll have the same effect since you dont wanna run a rear sway bar..

actually mugen parts serve a purpose. the mugen spoiler is mounted where it can actually catch air for down force on the sol. the stock spoilers are the ones only for bling since they dont work.

Heh, I've run into some nice problems of my own as well. I've got over $10k invested in this POS right now (Will get actual $ when I get off work) and the best part is, it's still 90% stock.

I dont really want to know how much I have spent so far.

I know I have over $2000 worth of parts sitting in my garage waiting for me to find time and a DD to put them on.

same here.. i figured the $180 for asr is wayyyy cheaper then replacing the entire subframe

so i saw a mint looking pbgp del sol today at school, with a mint looking wingless trunk.. i should have left a note saying id trade my trunk and wing for their winless one
