I made this chart up the other day. I thought some of you might like it. This info is all from the USDM Electronic Parts Catalog. So it won't cover other markets. I think all of this info is correct.

I just wish I knew the difference between the Graphite Black/Excel Charcoal seats and the Graphite Black seats from the later models. Does anyone know? Better yet... pics?

the difference is the fact that the graphite black/excel charcoal seats have the gray stripe down the middle and the graphite black are just the solid graphite color

let me go find pics...

the 96-97 graphite black seats

and the 93-95 graphite black/excel charcoal ones

edit: what a great way to get ownage... w/ seats

Random question... Did US EK's ever have electric windows? I've never seen a picture on H-T of an EK with e/w.

As far as hatches go, no. Only the coupes/sedans have power options.

Power windows? The hatches never did. The EX coupe, EX sedan, HX coupe, and Si coupe have them though. The EXes and Si coupes are the fully loaded models.

Actually, here's a chart I made for all the USDM '96-'00 trims. I'd like to end up making a del Sol version too, but I need some info to start off with!

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2055230

But yeah, my EX coupe has power windows and locks.

I already got an EK, but thanks for the link!

Concerning del Sols... what info do you need? Start asking and we'll help you out.

Being the wiring guru you are, why don't you pick up some power doors and wire it up? Sunroofs are overrated

Well, that's to show you what the differences between the different US 6G trims are.

If I were to make a chart for the del Sols, I'd probably stick to the US models again just because it's easier for me to find info for them (sorry!). I do have the EDM EPC, but I don't know the country / emission codes, so I don't know what they each designate. So it's confusing for me to be able to say which country each model is from.

Figuring out the colors was the first step... well, maybe second since I figured out the different engines for the different years/trims. Then I'd have to figure out suspension, interior, exterior, power and brake differences and check it all through the EPC for accuracy.

Yeah I had seen your thread before. I was just asking out of curiosity.

My Sol is originally a USDM, and please don't ask me how it ended up from Texas, to Germany and later to Greece.

As for your EDM questions, throw them out there and I'll do my best to help you interpret them.

I love sunroofs in the summer, hell even in the winter so I can have fresh air in the car. I almost always have a window cracked.

It's not that I have a problem with installing power windows, I just don't want to go through the hassle of finding all the parts and swapping everything over ha ha.

haha.. Well just find a SI door and take out the guts and you're good to go.

I'm done for the night, laying in bed and surfing on the net on my phone is straining my eyes. Night

And the door panels and wiring harness and bla bla bla. Too much of a headache for a car I probably won't keep more than a year.

Ofcourse it's lhd. In EWrope you could order a EK CTR (B16B) if the VTi (B16A) isn't good enough.

I think I've seen a Prodrive guage thats about the size of a regular watch face. Other than that regular Autoguages will fit in your stereo DIN easily.
