yeah but ure a ricer and we all know you only boosted for the bov sound

speaking of exhausts,I have a portion of my exhaust that a muffler shop FUCKED and is 2.25 while the rest is 2.5 so I need to wake up early and go get that re-done and hopefully my spoon exhaust mounted properly..got a race against a rsx S coming this weekend,wanna make sure the car is running perfect

I don't think you need that right away.. Your not going to be puttin so much boost down to create that much back presure..
Honestly what do I know though...
I think I'm gonna have to ask people to come over if and "if" i get this engine I'm lookin at right now..

I would go turbo just for that sound to.. You got to love it.. It just screams ticket me..

True I don't need it right away, but selling the skunk2 will help towards tuning

haha no im kidding,I love the way it sounds myself.
My favorite is the flutter when you build pressure and just let off the gas.
I love boost and the way it feels,just not practical to me or at least not for a daily driver.
I had a gsr turbo coupe for a short while and it was a blast,but small things were always going wrong and I was scared to beat on it cause I knew I couldnt afford another gsr longblock or what not at the time,tahts why Im a huge sohc turbo fan myself.

haha thats what I'd do.

if you're eager to boost,just slap it on and get a street tune,then slowly work on the z6 on the side,pistons,replace all gaskets/etc. etc.,obx lsd and when the current one goes,you got something more potent on the side just standing by.

 

i ran a 2.25" exhaust for most of the time ive been boosted, then recently upped to the 3" WOW what a differance.. im anxous to hop on the dyno, and see just how much power it really added.. of course open dp is the only way to go
