theres 2 diffirent variations..b18a and b18b. the a is the older one,out of the DA integras so it will probably have more milage on it..

90-91 b18a is obd-0 and is rated at 130hp/121 tq
92-93 b18a is obd-1 and is rated at 140hp/121tq due to slightly larger cams and I think a better flowing intake manifold..

The one you'd want to look for though unless you're building it anyways is a b18b since its newer, and probably in better shape.
its rated at 140hp/127tq.

the LS tranny is really long though and will take away quite a bit from the motor..so if you just get the motor and plan on riding n/a I would suggest using a gsr tranny with it..

</TD></TR></TABLE>

Thanks thats more of the info i was looking for. If I get one I will look for the b18b but use my b16a3 head, then use my 98 itr lsd tranny. So I should be fine with my stock b16 mounts with the b18 for clearance? I'm not sure if I want to do this or not. I keep thinking lil b16 screamer with toda cams and itbs of some sort. or built head with toda and ls bottom for the torque pull.

I'm not sure, but I think a LS/VTEC would get you more power overall than a B16 with cams and ITB's. If not more it will be more civilized for sure.

Any mounts from SOHC 92-95 Civics 2DR/4DR/HATCH work on B-Series Well the drivers side and rear for sure...not sure about tranny...cuz I'm rockin the rear and driver side from a 4 door AUTO right now... cuz thats wat they got at the junk yard and i cant argue with 12 bux for a mount...

The help sections are sucking today: maybe you guys can help me.

QUESTION 1
when i come around a corner hard enough to preload the suspension, and i hit a bump, it makes a loud clunk noise. Also if i hit front most part of the front tire with my foot i can hear a klunk noise: do i need new tie rod ends?

QUESTION 2
My 88 CRX Si seems to have a front end suspension problem: I can grab the wheel hub and move it maybe 1/8th inch front to back. It isnt the tie rod end however; the tie rod seems to move with the hub, it looks like the problem is a loose steering rack, so will a new steering rack fix the problem? And will a 95 del Sol S steering rack fit as a replacement?
