im pretty much done...
i got the car to crank but theres no spark..
the dizzy i have is shot im gonna swap out the insides tomorrow morning i have 3 extra ones..
i have to go to a babyshower around 12-2 so my goal is to drive the car there.. we'll see


the car DOES look way better on the ground then in the air

 

hey does anyone know how to get the pink out of the taillights on a 90-91 DB1? any help on this would be greatly appreciated...

i forgot how low my car was.. haha

 

anyone running EK suspension on a DB ? .. or DA ... wondering how this setup will have to work .. i know i gotta use the EK/eg/dc front forks .. but i havent taken anything apart to compair it to see how high or low the suspension has to be set to make the car sit right

got the car started..

just gotta work out some bugs

Good to hear you got the car running Ian!! Can't wait to see some updated pics of yours and Rex's cars! On a side note, i may be buying an EF hatch instead of a DB1. It all depends on whether i decide for a completely stock unmolested DB, or a built LS/VTEC EF hatch that needs a lil work. Haven't decided yet, but i would DIE to have another DB!!! But things just seem to keep getting screwed up for me!!

better hand over the TE's to me and ian, if you decide on getting a EF. i love efs but the TE's will not look good on it. you might as well trade ian for his mugen MR5s. haha!!

Haha if i do get it, i might as well trade!! I don't thin ki can do it tho. I just dont feel right driving a little bitty hatchback. Way too small for me. Plus it needs engine TLC and i'm not too sure i wanna go through that again so soon. So i'm still on the lookout for a clean DB!!!

i love my db and would never get rid of it.. but i had an ef hatch in high school and it was a lot of fun so either way you come out having some fun

so i got the car running today.. after a few problems i got it running good.. real good actually.. i went down the street first gear and shifted second and the axle seperated at the boot and the axle popped out so i had to call my brother to bring my truck so i could pull the car home..
so im happy its running
itll sit till i can afford a new axle


hey rex u can come over and we'll have a shoot in my driveway haha
