So you dont like when usdm tegs get jdm front ends (Many of them Type R's)? I think if you do it the right way, it looks nice

 

i think thats the exception. and i know i at least was mainly referring to the whole type-r lip, side skirt, rear valance, wing craze

 

oo thats not a type r lip kit, thats just the oem optional kit that acura offers for the integra, but i do agree that the type R wing is played out, i'd rather be wingless any day

 

if you're referring to the dc chassis, i love the jdm front, but only because the dc was offered as a type r. im talking about all this replica crap made for non-r cars.

 

Speaking of non R cars I saw a "90 DA Type R" lol. The owner went all out! Red H's, Type R decals, Type r lip with wing, black moldings on a white body. It was just Horrible! The owner told me I had a nice DA, but his Type R would kill mines.... yo. He popped his hood to show me his "swap". It was a stock LS with a red valve cover. I smiled, agreed with him and walked away. He was so proud...

 

true, but its always referred to as "type-r" though. and i agree, wingless for the win on dc chassis. on the da, i have mixed emotions. i really like my stock gsr wing but i dont like the ls wing. sad thing is, they're the same wing, just the gsr has the 3rd brake light in it. lol

reminds me of my friend who just got a 04 6spd vr6 gti... he can't drive it yet but i've driven it around and its pretty powerful but today he was telling me how he wants to get a hood scoop, body kit and a "big exhaust" i told him to google fart can and he was like yeah one of those big ones!! and i was like dude... you're such a ricer... also he saw my car and was like i really like your hood.... its primer black....

i find that 3m double sided tape works better... easier to swap out if you want to go back to b series.

its just a 200k+ stock internal ls with i/h/e. But, i am building a b20/vtec for it now. Gonna run it 8-10 psi with a small .42 ar garrett hairdryer

The bumper has already been clearanced for my ic. its just for looks right now. hopefully i will be able to finish my motor and put it in by spring. money is kinda tight right now. My old DA (flat black one)had a boosted ls/vtec/frank motor.(gsr block, ls crank, b16 head)

 

not really looking for high numbers. its a street driven daily driver. But if i had to say, mabey mid to high 200's. She still has a/c, full interior, and a full stereo system.
