someone help me out, i put the jdm itr in my 92 gsr and i used the type r half shaft and drive side axle i bought for a type r? am i not suppose to use that, should i have used the stock female half shaft and bought the driver side axle for the 92 gsr itself? i drive it and the length seems fine but when i brake hard i get a loud clunk sound from the drive side. i can almost feel it in the floor board.... thanks

check and make sure your axles have poped all the way in. The best way is to take the axle nut off and push or hit the axle from that end in. A few times we have done motor swaps and thought we put the axles in perfect and when we braked it make a clunking noise . We did what I just stated and it fixed the proble. I hope thats the problem with you too... If not maybe the half shaft like you said....

jasperda9, were you running em/es civic wheels ? if so, super clean man. im looking into the HFP 16s they put on the honda fit, probably super expensive though. eh, just a thought. btw- does anyonehave the HFP honda fit wheels on a da yet? if so post pics.
