Sucks to see, what manifold was that, I had EXACTLY the same thing happen to mine, mine is an RLD maniflold.
Excuse my potato phone pics, this was like 6 years ago:
Damn, guess I'm not the only one to have this happen. Mine was made by a company called Advanced Ignition out in Arizona. Lasted a year and half =\ and only 6 months since I was tuned on full boost. Not very good quality if you ask me. I'm going to order another miniram from Go-Autoworks and hope that I don't have to remake my downpipe. Sucks though cause it's going to about a month before I get it in cause they have to make it. I hate having my car down for that long, but I've got my Abarth now which makes up for it cause that's a really fun car to drive too
^ Yea I remember those days, my DA has been sitting for 2 years now. Stopped moving forward on it because I am tired of it right now. Picked up the Focus ST, in similar fashion to your Fiat DD, wanted something cheap and fun to daily.
Also, funny enough, mine also happened after sitting for a bit trying to figure out an issue. I was out doing some pulls to make adjustments and all of a sudden it got REAL loud LOL.

You could try ASP and see if it would be quicker turn around time?
Who is ASP? I tried googling it, but all I found was n/a headers not turbo stuff. I was also looking at DOC Racing and Spoolin Performance. They both make minirams as well
heres one for you DA guys...i paid 1000 came with swap jdm b20b engine, intake, exaust, junction produce rims, headers, cams, lifters, injectors, upgraded clutch and so much more....i just added skunk 2 intake manifold and 70mm throttle body....its all a work in process though..but i love it to death...
Heres mine, pretty much stock, 1st pic is how I bought it and then bought a donor car that was wrecked, just getting it all swapped over, only have like $500 dollars invested

Nice job! Any interest in selling off some unneeded parts from the donor car?
