I replaced the seats, cleaned the carpet and cleaned out the hatch area. I didn't wash, wax or claybar it yet plus i still have to repaint the moldings. I will be repainting the bumpers and hood plus wetsanding and buffing the passenger side rear quarter panel

so i made it 880 miles today and when i went to stop to give the car a rest and burp one more time beofre the last 200 miles, same thing happened. but i noticed something that i heard yesterday but didnt really pay much mind to it. the sound is coming from under the gas tank. i looked for a leak but it sounds like the fuel pump whining really loud. but i started looking at my dc2 and da service manuals and the say that im supposed to have 41-48 psi on my fuel pressure gauge. ive always had 37psi during idle. then i started thinking that it was happening after i was doing hills or avg 80mph. it has an old fpr with unknown miles. so i think during hard load its starving the fuel pump. what do you guys think?

but i just arrived after letting the car sit for 2 hours, then 90 mile tow 1.5 hours, and then eating food on the hood for 45 min. i drove it on this side road back and fourth up to 5 gear 65mph and then i went for it. 145 miles finally done.

Those floormats look pretty MINT Herb! Did they come w/ that car or are they something you acquired elsewhere. When I got my set I couldn't bring myself to actually use them in the car for fear of getting 'em dirty.

i think the ones he gave me were from that car. all the spikes are missing off the bottom so sometime my driver slides up when i get in the car. i need to fix my carpet anyway. i need all the little rings the hold it to the door sills.

i just finished doing a compression check and my motor is good. i got 185,185,185,190. so im going to replace that stat that i cut up, replce the tb, wp, tensioner, fuel pump, and fpr. after hearing all that noise from the tank when it would act up the way it was tells me its bad. and the fact that my gauge says 37 psi to the rail and i dont know where that fpr came from. i had an adjustable one but cant find it. it may have gotten tossed.

I've been looking for replica side skirts for a while and those VIS Techno R ones look awesome. For only $114 cheap if you ask me.

so why the hell is everything that i really need for a da discontinued!!!! i just oredered a 00' si fpr cause the da grs one is discontinued, and i ordered a new stat to replace the one i cut up.

does anybody know where i can get a walbro 190? alls i can find is the 225. is the 225 too big or does it not matter because the fpr regulates it anyway? im just getting an oem fpr. its a stock motor and they dont make the one i had before that replces the whole thing. just the one that goes onto your existing one. and i think mine is bad.

The 255 tends to "overrun" the stock fpr so you'll be a tad rich, but otherwise ok.

Streetrays has the 190: http://streetrays.com/store/index.ph...oduct_id=44675

As well as Lightning Motorsports: http://lightningmotorsports.com/walb.../i-269879.aspx

Neither. I would get Progress CSII or koni/GC. BTW I had the FNF: clunky and bouncy... big disappointment IMO. I'm riding on Progress CSII right now and it's night and day compared to the FNF, Ksport, D2, etc... I use to have.

Megan: garbage

Do some research. Both those coilovers are garbage. Like Lord Helmet said, Progress CS-II or a Koni/GC combo. I personally am going for the Progress CS-II because of the price (about $600 shipped) but if you have the extra cash go for a Koni/GC combo its hands down the best suspension you can get besides AMR.

I think there's a re-seller in the forums but you can order for the DA straight from their website. Warning they won't ship until first week of August (called about a week ago and that's what I was told).

I'm running Koni/GC setup on both my daily drivers. I have to say that this combo is the best I have ever driven on the street.

I have some apexi coilovers in my project DA that I can't wait to put to the test and experience.

I've had D2 and Function Form on many cars and they have been great. NOT clunky or bouncy at all. I've tracked, road raced and auto crossed both brands and have been very happy.
