Re: DA Integra's Only
I like brand new Honda OEM stock mounts, that's what I put in. Feels like the car isn't on at idle. Even with the cons of having oem mounts over stiffer mounts I'd still rather put oem mounts in every time no matter what unless I was building a full race car.
I went to all the local places already, 100 was the cheapest. I got some outrageous quotes for 200. When I go back to LA sometime I'll check for shops that can press out the front lower arm bushings out for cheaper than 100 hopefully.

Re: DA Integra's Only
yeah all of my mounts were completely ripped so i needed a quick and cheap solution to protect the car from the motor shaking back and forth and possibly damaging components, when the car is at idle its very quiet, only on initial start up and high rpms did it get loud

Re: DA Integra's Only
I don't have a place to have a press, and I already tried with a press from harbor freight and failed because the jack was not compressing at all for some reason. I did it for the rears though.

Re: DA Integra's Only
I think the 12 would of worked if only the jack wouldn't lose compression and the way the arms sat on the arbor plates didn't help either. That's why I gave up and was hoping it wouldn't cost that much somewhere to press them out. Apparently, I was wrong

Re: DA Integra's Only
I'm amazed the 12 ton took care of the rear bushings. With the Harbor Freight presses it has to be the 20. There was a guy who went through all of the presses from harbor freight and the 20 ton was the only one that did the trick with all the bushings he said.

Re: DA Integra's Only
When it worked the bushings came right out!! Just wish I had the fronts the same way, otherwise I'd be done with my overhaul.
