I don't see how, but I don't care about the price difference between 15" and 16" tires so. Either way whatever you get, your car is nice.

Makes sense to me, for every set of tires you have to buy you save enough money to pay for a full track day if you have 15's instead of 16's. That means you can afford more track time. Obviously it depends on the tires, but often it's true that 15's are considerably less expensive.

Also, the difference would be almost free to $800 in tires in some instances.
How? When used race car tires are available they're super cheap. Almost everyone I know is running 15" tires with the exception of maybe 2 cars in the whole Honda Challenge field. Used R-compounds for noob track drivers could last a whole season.
Haha! Thanks for the comments Brice. ![Happy](https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsmile.gif)
Anybody see the latest issue of Honda Tuning with Reza's DC on the cover? He's got 15's and they look great, 15's are considered too small by some for DCs but he pulled them off. I think the 35 offset is key. The 45 offset is unfortunately too high, I'm gonna have to wait around for another grey +35 set to pop up somewhere.
Sorry Matt, I thought they were 15x6.5. I've never really considered the RSZ-Rs, not really my style with the polished lip. I do like the all white ones though. Russia is my home country so having a set of wheels with the Made In Russia stamped on the back would be icing on the cake!

I didn't know you were Russian Suren lol. Look out for me soon when I hit back to LA to put on my steering rack and other suspension goodies. I am getting very bored out here in UCSB. I need activities with my car!

no, stupidity actually....
lets say i have 2 cars to fix now...IF i fix mine, and one of them being my girlfriend's 09 jeep liberty (and no, none of this was her fault. it was all my dumb *** self). i'm really burnt out on my car. i've had it for 5 years now and no matter how hard i work on it, how much time i put in into it, or how much money in put into parts for it, something always goes wrong somewhere, somehow and i still have nothing to really show for my efforts. my friend even said the other day that no matter what i do, this car just fights me every step of the way. i think its time to finally part ways with this car and start fresh with a new plat form and hope for better luck.

Yeah, you were planning on getting paint anyways right? Just replace the door.
teg91-xsi: Welcome, that's a clean looking DA.
Sad to see the TallKyle boosted DA go, that was sick.

here's the short, sweet, and to the point version...
1. had my car parked where i never park it. normally its a big empty space
2. im used to that big empty space always being empty
3. was in my gf's 09 jeep liberty, had it parked so all i had to do was pull out
4. for no reason what so ever, i backed up instead of pulling out. didn't look cuz i know the space is always empty.
5. i got owned!

idk, i haven't touched my car since that happened yesterday other than to pull it inside since there is now no window.
and i just rebuilt my turbo this after noon (well, gotta finish it, but its 99% done)...so idk, we'll see how i feel in the next few days i guess. just very upset about it still

I think that's a good idea to do it, why NOT do it while its apart and off the car and what not. Its basically insurance for the turbo not flying apart and destroying everything. I would be like rebuilding your motor and using the same rings, etc.
Just my thoughts at least.
