did I ever post my power steering filter on here? I can't remember I'll have to post it if I didn't.

 

I already had a small remote filter adapter around, it originally took a fram PH8A, but I found a much smaller better filter that fits the base. I didn't really have anywhere to mount it under the hood, so It's now in the area under the bumper, I wanted easy access, so first I made this

 

this is the filter I found, The adapter takes a PH8a which is huge, I found this one which matches the adapter and is much smaller. if you ever need a small fluid filter, the remote adapters which take the ph8a are the most common, then this filter or equivilent will fit the adapter

 

cover mostly sanded and almost ready for filler primer

about 10,00 hours I always get at least one thing per day done after work, it's been off the road about three years, I say about another 8 months it will be rolling again, depending on money etc. I had to quit working on it for a while. I've owned the car for over 22 years total. sold it a long time ago, then bought it back a couple of years later and have had it since

 

 

I knew it had to be up there! I'm gonna guess a few hundred over the last two years into the hatch not including all the time sourcing out parts and driving to get them

man im started to get mad due to my budget and how much stuff comes up and holds me back from buying my engine. its depressing at times.

 

Forreals, I'm debating whether if I should stay with the b16 or go GSR.If I get this job,I'm definitely gonna go GSR.I'm hoping the rains stops by the time, I get my swap ready.

 

like as much as i hate a GSR i think cause of its gears .... i want one.. but idk .. i think imma stick with my B16 N/A and make 180-200 off of it.

 

yeah whenever I drive a b16,I feel like I'm driving a d16z6 until higher rpms.

 

i feel its just a smooth engine til u get into it .. idk ..
