Sup guys?? Long time no see. Since I joined the af, I bought a DOHC, so no more sohc for me. But here's a little bit of custom work I did yesterday.

so my new plans, find a z6 head drop it off to my machinist with the stage 2 cam and new springs and retainers and alil bit of work, cometic hg and a go autoworkz street x kit pushing 10 lbs and then pick up my new wrx

i just got a 93 hatch cx model im dropping my d1z6 with the z6 harness is there any extra wires i have to run since its going in a cx model that has no vtec and has a few different parts??

Its been awhile since ive been on here! I spun a bearing in my civic Scott, that manifold looks sweet! hows it holding up? Any new times?

 

so far so good...no real times as of yet... went to the track on a last min. whim, drove it there as i didnt have time to get the trailer and everything. did a bit of tuning, over all ran ok, it was breaking up a bit in the upper rpms 6-8.5k. the timing is conservative for 93 pump and im running 110 so i know it wasnt that which left me with most likly spark plug gap. had em at .25 and i think it was just too much, i know last year i had em set to .22 at .24 it would start blowing out. unfortunatly i forgot my gapper so i rolled with it.

got some smokey *** burnouts like i have never done before, tells me i got the bottom end dialed in pretty good since i couldnt spin the 24.5 last year on 12psi and i was running 8psi

idk the best was a 15.xx @ 105 or so....i did not launch the car, i went from the tree like you would leave when the light turns green on the street, then got into it, my 60fts were in the mid 3's to give you a picture...lol. also anything over 16lbs it was breaking up on the top end so i just took it easy.

there was a crx that was running mid 12's, i was closing the gap in third....

i regapped my plugs, i need to arrange a trailer so if i blow something up im not walking home, then im hoping for 12's this year(really want 11's)but 12's will make me smile...i NEEEEDDDD seat time

goals are 11's and sub 2min's at gingerman....the gingerman I got in the bag...dought I will hit 11's this year...should be easily hitting 12s this friday
