Sohc squad members would you mind answering a quick question for me?
Is there any pros and cons to the bisimoto head setup vs the crower setup other than the price? I'm going all motor z6. I was thinking a crower setup but would anyone tell me to do otherwise? Crower valve springs/retainers stage 2 cam with skunk2 gear vs all bisimoto set up.
Also, I'm getting a p&p done but what's the advantage of valve jobs? 3 angle valve job? 5 angle valve job I'm lost on that sort of thing.
Any thoughts would be helpful. Block will pretty much be stock for now until I think about f/I.
Thanks in advance for any input.

I've experienced a bisimoto set up first hand. It's godly fast. I've never had a chance with crowder. But I would go on past happenings. Like bisi put a 4 cylinder all motor under 10 secs.
sorry okBYE i couldnt help you out
but bisimoto sounds more promising to me :D
guys should i go for 282's/260's 4x100 or 282's/262's 4x114 ? they both excellent brake but finding 4x114 is harder than 4x100 and most of them not as nice as 4x100 i think.

Thanks for the input guys, i think i'll go with bisi after all! Yea i watched his vids on youtube, pretty amazing what the guy did with a sohc. I think it's good to be different and sohc would be different. The money i spend on a built sohc I always could go with a stock b16 full swap but... I think i like SOHC. thanks again!

yh just like i thought, just waiting for 282's front discs then all good
cheers.
Sorry I haven't been posting up much guys. Been going through rough times with the ex-girlfriend but over the past few days things have been going good. Her and I went out for coffee and had a super long talk about everything we want and what not, and needless to say, she was the one telling me that I'm that something that is missing in her life. I'm very happy about her choice, so we're going to work on our relationship and work things out together as a whole and go from there. Being with a girl for 2+ years and then breaking up sucked ****, but with bad luck comes the good. And all the good luck is rainin down on meeeeeeeeeeeeee. WOOOOOOT!!!!
Oh and I got a new windshield
Maybe getting other things as well.
As far as Bisi vs. Crower, Bisi will do better every time of the day blindfolded or with a hand tied behind his back. Bisi and his crew are RIDICULOUS with singles. I've had experience with both and the Bisi setup by far blew me away more than the crower set-up did. Who else can you think of that's been able to put down 400+whp on an all-motor single? I can't think of anyone BUT Bisi.

Get your question in.
The count is 4-1 allowing other models to join. Get you messages in. If you don't, you will be removed. If I don't get more messages, there won't be many people here
