On a serious note though, the people in charge are going to be left with making some difficult decisions. I mean, who really has the heart to start kickin people from a crew? Point blank? And on what basis would any of the eliminating be done? It'd only be fair if you put it on a time scale to give others a chance to catch up. Hell there are a lot of squad members who wouldn't have made the cut at a lot of these shows until recently and it took them a looong time to get to that point. Maybe offer some sort of second tier grouping?

I don't think there is a problem having a larger crew. Honestly I agree with what Tommy said about Hellerdope, but in general, as a CREW hellerdope reps pretty hard, but solo things are different. And that goes for a majority crews, that is unless y'all wanna have some sort of supercrew. At that point I think you all lost the point you guys had for making the squad. Yall tryin to just go about it like its business, or are you tryin' to build a fam? Those 2 never mix well.

I'm just sayin' from the outside lookin' in. For example thinkin' of my boys Kevin and Phil from the Jabbawockeez, not only do they both have their own crews with Super Galactic Beat Manipulators and Boogie Monsterz but they rep Jabba and even though people see like 5-6 peeps on TV, there are like 15 cats in the Jabbawockeez. What I'm gettin at is that I disagree with bootin folks who don't have what you guys think are show stoppers, because to other people, your own definition of show stoppers could be off. If they are whole-hearted supporters then allow them the time to mature like many of you had the chance to. Tally up who has the most trophies in the crew and then let the stones be thrown. If you want a specific group who are only allowed to enter shows as the squad then you should pick those few peeps and let them do their thing while the rest roll out as support. Any time you put your city area code in the title of your team its normal to have a big crew, almost expected. The folks who you feel "have the ability to win shows" should be the only ones entering shows to begin with..

You could always start a second crew and hand pick each member, that sounds like an easier task. I don't understand disbanding 80%+ of the squad, not after a year later...
