All of us 916 Sqqwaaters. Its definitely awesome that we generating a lot of interest from new enthusiast. All of our current squad members has all shown in some way a type of commitment, appreciation, and respect to all others (In or out of squad).


We are highly diveresed group, were about Quality (A+), and not Quanity (#'s). By quality i don't mean how much someone has spent on their vehicle. More about the quality of the person himself/herself, respect to others + the uniqueness of their vehicle.


Basically where I'm getting at is if a person would like to join US, it would be more appropriate if at first they showed some type commitment, and respect towards all others; In a way that can be observed. Or even be vouched in: as in (1) or more persons in the squad vouches for the person(s) wanting to join.


I think we all remember the people who hit and run on us.

Y8-EK I like your enthusiasm, and im going to give you tips to not only make the squad but for yourself to take that car to its full potential

1. Lower (no cut springs)
2. Lip kit (no ebay specials)
3. Wheels (no rotas or drags)
4. More goodies whether it be jdm or not it don't matter as long as its creative/unique but in a good way. (nothing that will stick out like a sore thumb)
5. Avoid ricer-ness at all costs.

In the meantime, your more than welcome to come to come those weekly meets.

 

Good advice razor, but you don't NEED some real deal jdm madness wheels to do it right. Rotas give the same look as moogens, most can't even tell the difference. You just get more cool points from online folks with real stuff. Just my opinion tho.

i disagree with #3 chris lol, anyways but yea larry the regular meet works too, its just that i havent been able to make it to any of them yet cuz of work =(

 

and for y8-ek, you can always find yourself a good set of lowering springs on craigslist for around $100 or so, craigslist is your friend when it comes to finding particular parts, just make sure you have good taste and be smart with your budget

Fellow CD holding it down in socal, he just got the car repainted and rims painted..his name is Nimo..haha..I always get the two Nimo Nemo's mixed up..both are young and small and funny LOL
