Ya I had eibach springs on my old ef 4 door daily....It wasnt low enough so I cut them didnt ride that bad, but I think my ebay coilovers ride better than that.....lol

Anyways like I said Im getting tuned this coming week then my next pay check is going to be suspension

 

really? all my friends that have ebay coils, their cars are all hellla bouncy...

1. tell us about your da. how long have u had it? what was it like when u got it compared to now?
I've had my da for about 3 weeks now and i love it. its pretty much the same, except ive replaced the water pump, timing belt, a bunch of seals and gaskets, alt belt, plugs, etc.

2. what do you like about your DA? why you chose it as a car?
i love that it has a b18b1 with a b&m short shifter. i got one piece jdm headlights, short ram intake, 10k hids, ls webs, custom straight pipe, and overall my car is pretty clean. i chose my da because ive always loved them, and have always wanted one. the straight body lines make it one of most favorite cars

3. what are your future plans for your da?
i want to lower it on coils, maybe get some new wheels, basically build my car possibly to ls/v. i have big plans for my car and dont plan on getting rid of it for longg time lol

4. why do u want your DA to be in the DA Squad?
its a cool group to be in, considering the fact that everyone in it has the same interests and passion for their da's. also so i can learn more about my car, possibly even start my own build thread later on

hey guys question i plan on running p30 pistons in my gsr motor good idea or bad idea my concerns are valve clearence and will the cr be to high for pump gas any info will be appreciated

 

They have a bounce to them, probley not as bad as cut springs though.....When my 4 door springs were cut that had more of a bounce to it


You can check PV clearences......Im sure you will be fine though....

yeah i was gonna but tanker spots werent open and i did all the testing for US ARMY AIRBORNE and passed i got 14 weeks of basic and 2 weeks and 4days of BAT(basic airborne training) then i go for ranger school


yeah no problem seth lol my roommate was hella annouying and going and getting your **** was better than doin nothing in my hotel room

 

everything u just named plus honed, blue printed, balanced, porting not sure yet

 

lol porting is a must you gotta get it done if your building a motor

 

ok porting it is then i need to start getting rebuild parts but dont know which way to go i seen a nippon racing rebuild kit not sure how good they are the other option is going to acura but heck they charge 10 bucks just for a bolt imagine how much everything else would be from them

 

Imagine how reliable it will be if you used all oem stuff

 

yea i know that to be honest its trying to figure out what exactly to get is the pain in the *** i have to sit down and seriously make a list i want jdm itr pistons though need to figure out where to get them
