hey super jdm, remember i said i was gonna get the black w. red lip Group N's, well i figure that the red wont match my car so it will look ugly, so now im deciding between Rota GT3's in royal bronze, or Rota Slips in Royal Bronze... Either 15's or 16's

ain't nothing wrong with rota's or replicas of wheels.

but to answer your question. i personally think gt3's are overly played out. slips are cool but if you get 16's it's going to look big depending on the size of tire. right now i have 45 series and i think it's too big.

here's a pic of my car awhile back when i had my buddy's 16" slips. these are with 40 series and i like this better.

 

so u think i should get some 205/40-16 ? in slips.

There's nothing wrong with them. I had a set of rotas, it's just the fact of slipstreams and gt3's being the most played out wheels ever

Konig makes nice wheels that aren't to expensive. Or the 4x100 wtb/fs wheel section you can find nice deals on used wheels with tires. Check ebay or craigslist.

if your trying to save money and need to have rims like right now right now, then look in the classifieds. you can find some good deals, but you just have to be patient. deals are out there, you just have to look.

its allright in savannah, im like 30 mins from there but go out there on weekends for the meets and stuff

my DA is low and i dont have much problems but i dont have a lip either so yea ;p

savannah is nice and if your over 21 downtown is fun at night cause of all the bars close to each other

and there was but we decided not to cause it was too soon to get a place set

Buy used wheels with tires, duh. I saw a clean set of Kosei K1's on Craigslist for $350. The deals are there, shop around

Made my first attempt at plastigauge tonight and im pretty pleased with the results. its pretty cool stuff. going to look at a possible da #2 this weekend. it looks like the same color as dumada's on lowered on stock alloys with 1 pieces. i think it might go well with my crvtec. what are the latest things you guys have done to your cars?

last friday i threw on some ground control top hats. the extra suspension travel they give is awesome.

What suspension are you running? I was thinking about getting them but i don't know if they will work with the skunk2 pros

same **** as you. skunk 2 pro-s. they still ride stiff, but they don't give jarring/crashing of the dash when you hit bumps anymore, so yes they work.
