Re: (TwoKSiR)
lets get a vote here-
you guys have all seen my daily driver EJ8 (see sig if not)
someone offered me a 96 Black BMW coupe- 325i, 5spd, tan leather, sport package. 130K in trade for it.. would you guys do it?
http://i74.photobucket.com/alb...1.jpg
I understand this is a honda site.. and Ill always be a honda lover, but lets face it- theres no comparison between a bmw and a honda. and im NOT talking about building a race car here. im talking about something to be kept stock for a daily driver.
anyway, lmk what you guys think. for the trade, for no.

Re: (Twelvesorbetter)
NO! bemers are nice, but a 96 would cost sooo much to keep up. Plus your coupe is sick...i guess if your lookin for something more chill, but IMO your car>BMW
yeah generally a BMW>Honda, but in this case i think your car will hold up better and over a 96 bmw will hold its value better. A buddy of mine has a 98 4dr and its nice, but always needs works which is like 1000$ for every damn thing not to mention they look old.....just my opinion

Re: (BEERownsHONDA)
you know what it is though guys? im a high school teacher.. and i feel like a kid driving this thing to work..
Im going to have my k20 ej8 and my GF and i will have the del sol no matter what.. but i really think i want something more comfortable and more practical/professional as a daily driver.
You guys get where im coming from at all?
If this Bmw isnt good enough, what should i shoot for then? should i just try to sell it and get a good amount for it then buy something?

Re: (ekcivic9)
ekcivic9,
What did you do to take off the three little plastic screws underneath the side skirts? Since it has a philips head, I tried unscrewing them but I ended up stripping all 3 of them. So I just drilled through those screws to get the side skirt off But then I ended up having to buy 6 new ones from the dealship for $4.67 each

Re: (SILVER97EX)
I know a guy from Ankeny, (DES MOINES, IA) with an '05 Graphite Gray Pearl EVO MR that goes to Gingerman Raceway once a month...his name is Tim...he's got glasses and is in his mid 30's. Have you ever seen him? Here is his website. http://www.trashproductions.com/gallery/main.php
I might come out to Gingerman with him before the summer is over...maybe I'll see you there.
