So awesome...you just got me pumped to start mine. Maybe I'll try and do it in the next couple weeks or so...along with my new rear seat/trunk board DIY thread.
I did some work on a buddy's fenders last night. The template is labeled because I have a few different sizes of side marker templates.

Nice thats why I made it, to inspire people to do it themselves and show that its not that hard. Its worth it to take a little longer and drop the whole sunroof assembly. the black tweed is going to look so good
How did you wrap your center armrest without it bunching up?

I use the 19mm socket also but with the 1/2 because my torque wrench is 1/2. I tried the plastic wrap but that didn't work well, maybe I need to use more of it. I'll try the masking tape next time.

Haha cool. the checkered has NO stretch to it and did not want to go on there. Did you staple on the back side to get it to stay or does the glue hold it enough to stretch it?

No staples...just fabric adhesive and pull tight to fit. It's basically pressure tight once the arm rests/center console armrest is back together.

nice job Gabe BUT sidemarkers are too low.....
that set-up is for an EG like the top sidemarker lines up with the front liner but on EK's you need to line up the front liner to the middle of the sidemarker....your .5 inch lower.....plus the marker should not line up with the fender molding....sorry just trying to help
here's a sample....both got a original markers on their fenders

Ahhh...whoops...oh well. I set them up with the same measurements as mine and he is happy with how they look so no biggy. I'll remember that for next time. This is the fourth time I've done them and never really did it correctly I guess.

im selling out because i cant get my coupe inspected since its obd2 and im running neptune. plus a 92 si hatch isnt exactly the most common of cars.
