Hey does anybody have a spare Y8 block?....If so how much? My Y8 spun a bearing i assume because it's got real bad rod knock. Its been parked for about 2 weeks now. I couldn't believe it happened, my motor only had 128k on it. And me and a friend had just spent 4 days doing my 5spd swap only for it to blow after about 5 days of driving it

So I gotta release a little.
Tonight, at work, my coworker caught some blonde chick looking straight up lookin into my car. After she sees him, she gets back in her boy's car and takes off. At least he caught their plate number. Paranoia setting in now.

What do you guys run for brake pads? I'm gettin near needing to do my pads and rotors and am looking for something better then the no-name crap pads they sell at Canadian Tire up here....well, something with good grabbing power, a good lifespan, and that wont spew out dust and crap like mad.

Hi guys 
It's been a little while since, I've been on because of school and 40 hour + work weeks, but I think the interior is finally done:
The new motor should be going in this coming week and then just itr cams / boost

after that...im officially retiring my EJ8 and moving onto another project.....BUT will never sell it unless you give me $50K for it LOL (did everything by myself plus parts are all top of the line)
