That's RedRCKT000's recently sold CTR wheel. I just installed it today for him. Its not crooked, I made sure of that. He needs an alignment, he said its been that like for the past 3 steering wheels.

forget it lol, i thought it was similar to that of like a cam or a crank pulley, but i forgot its not, i gotta take of my s2k wheel soon anyways. lol

Arp and there was a company making some bolts with locking heads a while back to stop people from stealing the s2k seats.
