Yes this turbo would be very responsive on your setup. If you look at one of the dyno charts a 81.5 mm gsr with 9.8:1 compression had 10 psi by 4200 rpm.

However, a lot of things that play into spool time, like: motor displacement, compression, exhaust manifold, correctly sized intercooler, etc.

The silver surfer is a good turbo for those looking to make between 300-520whp.

The silver surfer will be a perfect fit then. You won't have a problem hitting your goal, plus the turbo will have more then enough if you want more.

Might I suggest for the ones that don't know about the silver surfer to go to the forced induction section and to read this thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/my-b18c1-engine-build-assembly-2951496/ any information or questions about the surfer has probably been asked and answered on this thread.

How does this compare to a precision 6262? How would this do on an s2000 with a sidewinder? Power goals 450-500.

Depending on your exact setup you would see full boost between 4200-4500 rpm.

This car has a silver surfer, built motor though.

Thanks
