Fits Acura 1.8L VTEC/Non-VTEC Engine, and has a Stock Configuration Sump and STOCK Capacity. Fits: 1994-01 Acura Integra incl. Type-R with 1.8L VTEC and Non-VTEC engines. Also fits Acura and Honda B16A, B16B, B17A, B18A, B18B, B20A, and B20Z.
Uses Stock Oil Pump and Pickup.


Works with OEM exhaust manifold and most aftermarket exhaust/header combinations.


Includes a sump baffle that fully surrounds oil pump pickup for increased oil control while accelerating, cornering and braking. Features a Turbo/Supercharger oil drainback fitting as well as a magnetic drainplug and temperature sensor fitting already welded to the pan; no more hassle trying to find a competent welder ! It is also clear zinc plated for durability and corrosion resistance.

INSTALLATION NOTE for OIL PANS:
1)When installing plugs, sealant MUST be used, either tape or paste.
2)When installing gaket, sealant must NOT be used. It is installed DRY. Please make sure it is clean and dry. Best option is to replace gasket and use an OE gasket no cheapie ones!
99% of leaks are a result of not following these procedures.

I have read of some fitment issues. Could anyone who purchased please respond of any concerns?

Also whats the difference between this pan and the other more expensive pan? Thanks!

 

I bought the steel pan for my car and have a few buddies with them as well with no fitment issues at all. After getting several stock pans welded for an oil drain fitting and always having oil leaks i decided to try this pan, no more leaks here and like i said fitment was as good as stock.

 

So does this pan come with a welded bung? Or just a pre-drilled hole? I'm still kinda confused, and I'm trying to get away from any welding, since I can't do it myself.

do you happen to have pics of the fittings for the oil return from the turbo?

I'm deciding whether or not i want to change out my pan or just weld something on to it...

i measured mine last night (99 gsr) and it only hangs down 5", but the picture for this on shows it hanging down 6".
