hey...i have a fullsize fluidyne radiator with a gt30....would your manifold in the 2nd picture will clear the radiator?

Yes it will clear just fine, actually you can use sc61, t67, gt35 as long as you use a 60 ar compressor housing or smaller, no 70 ars will work.
