Default Zex wet kit problem

Okay, I have a ZEX wet kit currently installed in a teg, after one good test run(solenoid stays open) then after one run; it will start clickin', basically getting half HP what I'm suppose to get after every 1st test. I followed the instructions in the manual how to program the NMU but like I said I works fine at first ( solenoid opens all the way the first time but after, it starts clickin' . I'd run across this problem before when I had high output alternator in my CRX putting out 16.5 volts; but after I changed it to a stock alternator, the ZEX unit programmed fine. So now, I thought it has a high output alternator too but it doesn't, it checked out at 14.6 volts running and 12.6 with it just turned on which is how it is suppose to be. Anyone run across this problem before with this ZEX wet kit. Any inputs will be appreciated. Thanks.

my old dry kit did that. I just took apart the box, ditched the circuit board and put a switch on the throttle body to activate the solenoids.

My wet kit did that one time, because the car was not driven for a while, and I had to reprogram it to jive with my TPS. I guess try reprogramming it again w/out the selonoids hooked up and see if the light operates properly.

This is really tickin me off. Reprammed like 10 times. I'll try to sotter the TPS wire tomorrow, it's the last thing I can think off. I don't think I'll matter but just gotta try it and see. I'll let you guys know. Thanks again.
