Default ZEX losing power

Okay, when I hit the gas the nitrous kicks in and the car is pulling like mad then for some reason it dies off but I can still hear the nitrous pumping through the line. At first I thought I blew something, so I pop the hood and found that the vacuum line had come off of the fuel regulator. I plug it back and ran it again. Same thing happened, it pulls like mad then dies off, I check under the hood againa and the vacuum line comes off again. Can someone tell me what's wrong with my ZEX.

This is the first time I tried running the 75 shot. This usually doesn't happen with the 55. I hope I didn't break anything.

Read the instructions it says to clamp the hoses or just zip tie them on

ZEX uses bottle pressure to boost your fuel pressure form you FPR so you need to make sure that the vacum line wont come off when you spray! that happend to me at the track! make sure you check all your hoses when you are using nitrous! get a zip tie and zip tie the hell out of it just make sure it wont come off ! If it comes off you are goint to lose power that is your prob make sure the vacum line stays on and you will feel the power all the time!

Sounds like your overwhelming your ignition. Sounds weird, but I've heard that any type of forced induction can "blow" the spark out. I think it has more to do with electric potential and the pressure in the cylinder.

Reason I'm saying that is it works OK at low rpm's (more time for the coil to charge up) and at high rpms it starts bogging (less time, less charge)

Try decreasing your plug gap. You could go aftermarket ignition, but its more expensive.

I hope you used hose clamps on those ZEX lines, else they will blow off ALL the time.

If you are trying the 75 shot, did you upgrade the fuel pump? set ignition timing to 13 BTDC? You have already HURT your motor.

WHENEVER using NOS and you feel the motor nose over, LIFT!!!

Right now you need new plugs, maybe new pistons/rings.
