Default zex dry kit questions

I have a b16a2 swap in a 95 hatch.

I ended up buying a zex dry kit part number 82011
I got it for a bill but the questions I have is the zex management box.

it says its a full throttle kit.

so does that mean every time I give it full throttle its gonna spray?

is there a way to set it to a switch rather than having it through a full throttle set up?

and what are the laws on having spray hooked up on the streets? if I go out to do a run and get pulled over what am I looking at for having it hooked up?

set it up with both. it has to run on the full throttle switch, as its built into the unit, but you can install a switch before the box inline with the power so its does not work until the switch is on, and then while the switch is on, it only works under full throttle

thats actually a damn good thought, thanks for the advise.

its not bad for the unit or anything is it?

what about the arming switch? cant I just flip that when I want it to spray?

you can, but you also have to be full throttle for it to work, as thats how the system is designed. Its a safety so you dont spray during part throttle or decel etc.

the box works just fine that way, i had my old street car that way for a long time

awesome thanks a lot man. ive never played around with the stuff before but for 100 bux I cant beat it. I really only planned on spraying between 5 to 7.

with my tranny I shift at 8k and it dropps me down to like 6200 every time.

how long is a safe duration of spray with out hurting anything?

I have itr cams, jdm 96 spec type r header, blox manifold, and CAI. I do have s300 but other than that my motors not really built

dont go too crazy with it. I was spraying 1st-4th at the track. Personally i would never spray in 5th. 4th goes fast enough.

I have a question about the nozzle, its only 2 feet from the management box. would it hurt anything if I lengthened the line about another foot or foot and a half?

I would prefer to conceal the lines the best I can because the last thing I need is to get my hook popped with the kit hooked up.

I am currently in the process of getting bar'd for my b16 just need a few things to finish it up but I dont think they will care. their looking for any excuse to take civics off the road

Thats fine, except the zex dry box, runs off of TPS, so you just splice into the center wire, and the switch is installed

do you plan on driving it hooked up I dont suggest that..... just un hook the bottle so if they see they will not think your not planning on using it on the streets for racing or you could make your own ports underneath the intake manifold like stealth so they wont see any thing

Man, I'm never moving to Cali. Cops up here wouldn't know what to look for. I used to run my DD around, always hooked up with License plates that said " N2O FED"
