Zdyne/ECU people: Please help ;]
I have a LS motor, and was wondering if anybody has any stock LS files I can load for Zdyne. Also, if there are any instructions/tutorials, please post them up! I need to get this thing tuned

Re: Zdyne users: Please help ;] (Hoosier Daddy)
I just found a bunch of .bin files on PGMFI.org. They are listed by ECU. Will any of them work with Zdyne or just PM6? Or are these bin files of the stock program that came with each ECU?

Any of those files you can download onto the Zdyne to run that certain engine.
Steps:
You just need to find LS turbo map, download it to your laptop (or PC), hook up the Laptop to the Zdyne, Load up the fallowing stuff (Fuel map, Spark map, and the configurations window). Make sure you load up all 3!

hey bryson how far are you planning to push the zdyne? it seems like a good user friendly unit, but i can't seem to find a lot of info on any more powerful setups using the zdyne gear.

I know this doesn’t help but I'm going for the big 400hp mark and I think my Zdyne can handle it with no problems. The only thing it can't do that I wont it to do is control individual coils.

Speeddave...I was going to utilize the Zdyne for my 400hp ZC project, but ended up ditching that because of a new B18C setup.
OBD1 is so much better for high RPM motors (especially ones with VTEC) as the OBD0 ECU's are not capable of RPM tables past 7500rpm. While it is true they can just extrapilate the map past that point, it is still kinda iffy with the tuning.
I can't remember the exact specs, but OBD1 also has a higher resolution with more points in the map.
