Badasshatch

I put a GReddy 92-95 Civic turbo kit on my ZC. But I am having a serious PROBLEM. When I take off hard or floor my car and pop the clutch she boggs out real bad or sometimes at a low rpm. I am running a Holly rising-rate-regulator.I am running stock boost witch is at 5 1/2 pounds. My a/f ratio is staying in the rich. My timing is retard 2 degrees I have put it back 2 stock thinking it was the timing still didn't help. My timing belt is on time. My spark plugs r a brown-tanish color I have 2 degrees colder plug in the motor.I don't know what else 2 do.If anybody has a idea PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Thank U
