Just threw in a boosted z6 and its running but my boost gauge shows 20 vacum psi and right when it revs up to 0 psi and bout to start boostin the motor bounces off rev limiter, like at 4 gran it cuts out, its running s200 and it runs fine befor it cuts out, what sources do you think could cuase this? i know it could be a lot of things but any extra knowledge could help

One of two things come to mind
Launch control is enabled and the VSS isn't hooked up
Boost cut is enabled at a very low psi and its cutting out

A launch control problem would mean whenever you hit a specified RPM, it would cut out... you also would have no spedo at all, so thats most likely not it...
You SURE the ECU doesn't have boost cut perhaps? Could be a boost cut set very low causing it to cut out. Boost cut is a LOT like the rev limiter, only pretty damn harsh

Dealer or someone with the Hondata software could tell you if boost cut is on the chip.
