ACT Heavy duty.
But just asking what kind of clutch/flywheel is kind of vague. Not a single clutch will perform best in any kind of set-up, simply because there are many variables to consider.
Also asking what type of set-up and how much power people are running would be a better question, also if it is a dd or strictly race.

Yeah, I was just wondering if a Fidanza 7.5 lbs Flywheel would hold up on Boosted GSR motor. I will be running stage 4 Competition Clutch.

A heavy flywheel will usually work better on a turbo honda. What are you doing with the car? Drag, road race, etc?

Use a steel flywheel. It will have more inertia and help you come out of the hole better. It will also help keep the car from bogging between shifts.

Re: For you turbo guys (HondamanXxX)
Also another question. I was thinking about putting the clutch in before I slapped the turbo on. Will it damage the motor or trans if I put a Competition Clutch Stage 4 on with out boost? The motor then will probably have around 200-220 hp? I am assuming it will.

There are some pics at: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2210126
You should have no problem running that clutch without a turbo. I will try and find a video for ya.
