Default This is for you guys...

I just ordered my Rev Hard Stage 2c kit from afterhourz performance.

2824.95 2C Kit
30.00 for non a/c cast iron tubular upgrade
110.00 for HKS Bov w/ flange upgrade
85.00 for Tial 35mm wastegate upgrade
Polished intercooler - YES

Currently there is about 1 week wait on that kit, you may contact Rev Hard to verify this 818-764-4312, we just want to make sure that you are aware of that.

Total - 3049.95 Shipped in the 48 continental US states

i was wondering how the quality of the rev hard kits are. like piping lineing up, lengths of stuff etc. thanks. any comments? haha

I also ordered the exact same kit you did.

But if I were you, I wouldn't upgrade the wastegate. Stick with the Turbosmart that the 2C kit comes with and save yourself $85.

IMO the tial is worth every penny.

I haven't installed the kit yet. The piping looks "OK" but nothing special.

The Precision Turbo ownz though.

The oil return line is shady. I replaced it with a stainless steel line and earl fittings.

The clamps are junk. I got t-bolt clamps

They sent me the wrong manifold, so I'm waiting for my Iron/Tubular to come.

I just sent the turbo back to precision. I traded the SC50 for a SC34.

I agree. I also went with a Tial upgrade with my 2C kit. But that was before Rev Hard came with Turbosmart Upgrades. So I don't want to take anything away from Tial.

But, IMO the tial is not worth an $85 upgrade over the turbosmart. Plus the turbosmart 35mm can support 600hp.

what is the code for Precision t3/60-1? How much would it cost to trade the turbo that comes iwth the 2c for that one? Would it fit with the cast/tubular manifold that comes with the 2c? thanks.

If you want a t3/60-1. That is equivalent to the SC61 with T3/T04S housing.

SC50-425hp
SC32-480hp
SC34-545hp
SC44-565hp
SC60-580hp
SC51-585hp
SC52-600hp
SC53-610hp
SC54-620hp

SC61 in the following:
T4/T04S
T4/T04E
T3/T04S
T3/T04E

I'm sure Ron @ precision will trade it out for you. For me, he traded it for free.

Except I paid all shipping charges.

You got the cast/tubular or the Iron/Tubular?

actually Ryan, the 60-1 is not equivelant to a SC61. the SC61 is a much much larger wheel then a 60-1. the wheel in the SC61 is a GT40 wheel and is rated to flow 60-63lbs/min(about the same as a T61 ). a 60-1 wheel flows 57lbs/min. If u want the equivelant of a 60-1, but you wanna go through precision to get the nicer housings and all that go w/ the SC60. It actually uses a 60-1 wheel, and u have the option of either T04e or T04s housings to fit space requirments. hope that helps

sounds like a lot of crap to deal with.... getting the wrong parts, trading stuff in for other stuff. why not just figure out what you wanted, and order the proper stuff?

I don't know yet. I haven't installed the kit yet. Waiting on my turbo from Precision.

I also heard they weren't that good. But I'm not worried, really.
