those style IC are junk....they dont flow worth sh*t....the air is being forced into it and then it hits a flat wall, there is no telling which was the air is going to travel when it hits the wall.....testing has shown that you get un equal ammounts of air on every dyno pull......bad design </TD></TR></TABLE>

lol. Shows what you know. Several people have made over 700Hp on that intercooler.

Let's see where is the only place the air can go...hmmm maybe through the core. I'm by no means saying it is the best intercooler in the world, but it is better then the yonaka and is proven to work.

I know this is two different setups on two different cars but it shows you the Yonaka Intercoolers are just if not more efficient than other intercoolers on the Market

i dont mean to be rude but one cant even make the basic assumption that a yonaka intercooler with a significantly larger surface area yeilds lower iat's than the pwr/fr fmic.

im not up to date on the similarities between a turbonetics t3t4e and a garrett t3t04e, yet i dont beleive both our exhaling the same temperature air at different boost levels. this should be adressed during your high boost tune on the crx. it would be neat to see the yonaka vs. the baby fmic on just the ls/vtec setup in the crx chassis.

I was wondering if there was a test of psi loss from end to end. Any? Maybe I missed it.
You could cross reference it with temps from end to end also.

i'm saying is the bar and plate design looks completely different and that looks like a tube and fin setup...

look the only reason you are saying that is becase it is a full-race Product i am sick of the FULL-HYPE bandwagon. I think if they a blowup doll and said it gave you 30hp and suck you off you would buy it. but the true is it's ALL HYPE

You have no idea what your talking about, what because I posted A pic from there site about the intercooler that is supposedly being tested I'm now on the bandwagon ha ha, so what does that make you on the Yonaka bandwagon. Look it is just simple end tank design it doesn't take A rocket scientist to figure that out, just like i said before;

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Dragline &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
I just don't see how the Yonaka intercooler can cool more air then the PWR intercooler that has centered inlets and outlets and longer end tanks which is going to evenly distribute the air through more of the core then the Yonaka's shorter end tank design with off center inlet & outlets. I just don't see it happening.
