Default y7 turbo...CEL help please

i have been getting a check engine light and it pisses me off, the car runs great and i dont understand it. the car is a 1998 civic with obd1 conversion harness and p06 ecu. how do i check the code? do i do it just like the obd2 ecu, or what?

same way you would do it on an obd1.. 2 wire plug

did you also switch to a two wire IACV? thats what's screwing me right now. What does your car idle at just curious?

I heard there was a way to make the OBD1 ecu read the 3 wire, like you repin as the diagram says, but then you put the orange to a ground. I'm not sure though, I repinned my ecu today and I'm going to test the theory tomorrow.
