Excellent tuner, i drove 3 hr to him about a week ago. I was suprised at the way he tuned partial throttle because my 3 previous tuned, they didnt do what he did and the car drive very smooothly with his tune

Hah, Word...I just posted cus dudes comment made it seem like the reason Xenocron was good was because he's cheap...and I found that funny.
That being said, I think I would goto Jeff Evans if I lived in PA and needed a Tuner.

I dont like the word cheap either..."cost effective" is more my style
Am I Jeff Evans, certainly not...but like him I care about the art and more importantly I take care of the customer and I educate at the same time.
In my opinion, tuners are often too 'secretive' because they feel that if the customer knows too much, why they do and know is cheapend. I feel that a better educated customer, is one that is empowered and gets them that warm and fuzzy feeling far after they leave the shop

you tune partial throttle by adjusting the map in uber or crome , you have some one hold the rpms steady while you using a real time tuning emulator adjust things until desired air fuel ratio is reached !

And if I needed a daily driver I would go buy a Z06. Jeff is a great tuner but is not an option to some due to his price and the 3 month wait for a tune.
