WRX break in period???????
how many miles would you reccomend? i was thinking around 2500 then change the oil... so far it barely gets boosted at all maybe 3-5psi, currently has 1200 miles on it.
also, thinking of a new BOV and have it shooting into the atmosphere for some nice sound(opposed to being recirculated into the intake), but am worried because i hear if you do that on a car running the maf sensor that it makes it run rich, like in a 1.8t
...what are opinions on first mods? she already has a full carbon fiber trim interior, boost gauge, sti titanium ****, and a apexi turbo timer. next thinking intake, 4>3" dp, 3" exhaust, boost control... give me opinion on that
and, the boost gauge reads in MPA? can someone explain what mpa is

uhm, just get a 50/50 bov if u want sound. as for running rich between shifts i woudln't worry too much not too many people have humongous problems or anything. i wouldn't raise the boost w/o some sort of ecu reflash...u could go with a vishnu stg0...that includes slightly upped boost, ecu reflash, pulleys, and uppipe, which removes one cat. this would net the wrx about 200whp or so. if u so desire u can also get downpipe, and turbo back exhaust, eliminating the other two cats, putting down 220-230whp or so? and after that comes a new turbo and injectors...so it's all up to u i suggest u do some research before buying stuff.

great site. probably the best for wrx. another good one is http://www.i-club.com . used to be nasioc, but the guys split the sites.
i prefer the greddy type s(bov).
good sites for products:
http://www.turboxs.com
http://www.subarustore.com
http://www.vividracing.com
http://www.worldoneperformance.com
just change the oil at 2500 or so and you'll be ready to go. 1200 is fine as it is in all reality.

yea, go with the turboxs downpipe/turbo back exhaust. you can find stageII chipped ecu's for cheap on those web sites or buy the UTEC for $900. fully programmable. i might have a stageII ecu for sale in 1-2 months. around 300 and turboxs rechips them for free(i think) plus shipping.
