wrap for lines / ic piping
so, my engine bay is super cramped (8th gen civic si). i was looking under my hood today and noticed a lot of thigns i didn't like touching.
i have many vac lines that are routed very near hot surfaces (or touching, but can't really be moved away). i noticed some marks on the hot surfaces, indicating the hoses are starting to rub off on them. i also have a few IC pipes touching hot hoses (coolant hoses, for example).
what i'm wondering is, can i wrap these vac lines and IC pipes in anything to protect them. i'm looking for something that will not only provide some separation from these hot parts, but might also protect the rubber lines from the heat of the engine bay and keep them from deteriorating as quickly.

There are a few other similar options as well, just gotta look a little bit.
